今天我和老公Sam来这里办事，前台大厅居然有一个会讲中文的工作人员，她叫Zhang,Sofia ，是位美女，业务能力强，态度又亲和，而且特别聪明，真是太好了！ 幸好今天有Sofia帮忙翻译和帮我们跟柜台的工作人员对接，一切都非常顺利，几分钟就愉快的完成了。如果没有Sofia的帮忙，估计得半个小时甚至更久了！ 因为我和老公两个人英语都很不好，没有会讲中文的工作人员帮忙几乎什么也做不了！ 而会讲中文的工作人员，如果只是会讲而不精通，那也很麻烦，常常对接也不是很顺利。 可是Sofia属于既会中文又很精通的那种，真是感谢上帝，今天有她在这里！ 接着我们又请Sofia帮我们预约了跟banker的下一次业务，因为我们的情况有点特殊，这里就不具体说出来是什么特殊情况了。 总之就是没有Sofia的帮助，今天的预约可能做不了，或者会非常麻烦。 在此特别感谢美丽的Sofia女士，真希望每一次去都能见到您！ 在此也特别感谢banker Virginia Pan，帮助我们解决了很多问题以及遇到的好多麻烦事，使我们所有的安全问题最后圆满解决了而且安心！ 以及banker Ngan K Tran，也是无法用语言来表达我和老公的感激之情，真心感谢对我们的帮助！ 也一并感谢这... read more

Wow, they really ran this branch into the ground. They "optimized" it to only have 2 tellers, but the ATMs only dispense 20s and 50s, so everyone is in a long line because they need 100s. 🤦🏻♂️
