I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Wells Fargo. My damaged bill had all serial numbers clearly visible, all pieces intact, and was completely identifiable, yet the staff refused to help and treated me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. This is a common everyday issue that can happen to anyone, and instead of helping, they left me frustrated and disappointed. Worst bank I've been to. The bank was slow and only 1 person was waiting in the lobby with me, but no one came to assist me. There's no sign in sheet, so they don't even know who's next up. You're most likely to get helped if you sit/stand closest to their cubicles in the lobby. People work in the cubicles, but they rarely/never peek their heads out to see who's waiting in the lobby. This branch delivered one of the most blatantly disrespectful experiences we’ve had with any bank. My husband waited nearly 30 minutes to open an account, despite the fact that we’ve been Wells Fargo customers for over 25 years with multiple business and personal accounts. The Asian banker at the desk didn’t just ignore him, she actively avoided acknowledging him while he stood right in front of her, while she pretended to stare at the computer.
