This branch delivered one of the most blatantly disrespectful experiences we’ve had with any bank. My husband waited nearly 30 minutes to open an account, despite the fact that we’ve been Wells Fargo customers for over 25 years with multiple business and personal accounts. The attitude and lack of customer friendliness at this bank was appalling. This will be reported to the main office as well. My husband waited for 30 mins to open an account. We have 4 accounts (business and personal) with WF for over 25 years. While my husband was waiting the asian female lady at the bank, deliberately ignored him. This day I was served by Leonard Peyton Sun and I loved the attention he and his management team gave me. I must say that I felt very nervous because it was my first time creating an account, but I felt so good when they explained every detail to me in such a way that I had no doubts.
