Parking and great service
The ATM did not disperse my money and they are giving me a hard time returning my money. I guess I don’t have enough money in the bank for them to waste their time. It takes ten day for them to do an investigation? Meanwhile the manager , assistant manager and ATM technician are all aware of what happened. -100 for customer service. The manager even asked me if I used the machine correctly. lol
I went to this location this afternoon and I brought $200 in $20 bills to exchanges to $5 bills., the teller was very helpful and nice but when she gave me back my $200 in $5bills, she just gave me the money with the rubber band …. So she did not count it in from of me and I asked her if is that it , and she yes and she said if i want to I can count it .. I should had counted but i did not cuz I did trust her. So when I when to my place I counted it and it was missing $5 dollars out of my $200. I have learned my lesson and n... read more
