Definitely my new go to spot. The staff here actually treated me like a person and not just another customer who was holding up the line, they took the time to help me sort out an issue with my account that I'd been struggling with online for days. Victor is very professional when speaking on the phone, and only wants what’s best for his customers, rather than make you an appointment to come on in, if the problem is solvable whilst on the phone with the customer, he tries his best to remedy the situation to save the customer time and money.
Wells Fargo Bank does not provide any help to its customers and on the first occasion they take you out of their accounts without any help. I am not talking about the people who work there, I am talking about the absurd policies they have.
