It's 3:50pm and branch closes at 5pm. I had no idea that you now need to make an appointment first to open a savings account. I'm hoping they can squeeze me in. I remember coming to this branch when you dealt with the same bankers and they knew your name. Customer since 1980's
Air freshener in this branch is so strong it's making me cough & giving me a sore throat while I sit & wait to see an agent. If you are bothered by strong scents, do not come here. Terrible service. Showed up after taking money out from another bank to deposit into this bank and their atm was not taking the money. When I mentioned that to them they wouldn’t help me not even to check if the money was real. Spoke to 2 people there they had just closed the doors and they wouldn’t even call the manager over to help even after asking for one 4 different times. I could see why it only has 2 stars They even had the audacity to say they don’t have markers to check if the bills are real or not… it’s a bank! Of ... read more
