This is the best branch in Marin. Their new Branch Operations Coordinator, Jenn, is always so helpful. If you need help, she’ll help with a smile on her face. The rest of the team is wonderful as well. Justin the Branch Manager leads the team with kindness and they truly take care of their customers. Jenn definitely deserves a raise! :)
My family and I encountered some issues at the Wells Fargo branch on 4th Street in San Rafael, prompting us to visit this branch to open accounts for myself and my relatives. We did not have high expectations since we had not made an appointment, so we assumed account setup might need to be postponed. After a pathetic experience at Bank of America today, I walked in here with little hope. They had a slot available and I was attended to politely and with courtesy. All my questions were answered patiently and I was happy that I got my work accomplished with Wells Fargo and not BOA. Thank you Jonathan Valasco for your kind service - much appreciated!
