They're a terrible bank. They have people waiting in line while the employees chat. It's the worst bank ever. Wells Fargo bank is the worst bank.
After losing my husband I needed help navigating his accounts. I received the absolute best customer service and support to help me with my financial situation. My husband had multiple accounts and I first went to chase bank where I received a cold shoulder and no help. I was nervous going to another bank after receiving such horrific customer service at the Chase on Lower Azusa.
