No one answers the phone. When we walked in to bank, told everything we needed must be done online. Very unhelpful. Went to another branch and received the help we needed.
Best Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever been to. I was helped by this wonderful young lady, Kamila is her name, she went above and beyond to make sure I was assisted properly. The way she spoke to me made me feel welcomed. The way she handled my transaction was very professional and quick. She also makes sure to maintain a conversation while she helps me out. Thank you Wells Fargo for an amazing team.
I’ve had consistently great experiences at this Wells Fargo branch. Every time I come in to exchange coins, deposit, or withdraw money, the tellers are extremely polite and professional. Recently, when I brought in a large amount of coins, they even thoughtfully asked if I needed a bag to carry everything. It may seem like a small detail, but it really shows their attentiveness and customer care. Friendly service like this makes banking much more pleasant. Highly recommend this branch!
