3 words! Do NOT use!! They try to do as little as possible ! This is the second Wells Fargo bank I came to in two days. I made the appointment specially with the reason why. Before coming to this bank I did not realize that a banking experience could be this unpleasant and this Wells Fargo location surprised me. Expect long wait times and some of the staff there are really rude and don’t answer basic questions. Go to other Wells Fargo branches if you need to bank with them. I give an extra star to the banker who saw me who was polite and apologized for making me wait 30 minutes after my assigned appointment time
