This is one of the most ineffective branches of wells forgo. I have been a lot since I travel and live in different cities. I made an appointment online for 430. I have been waiting for 15 min without anyone coming to say hi or letting me know who the banker is. Just bad management and unmotivated and unfriendly staff.
Just 3 words - The worst staffs - especially Fatima… she has zero courtesy. She ran late for our scheduled appointment - since she was on lunch. Which i get it - sometimes things happen and we tend to run late. However her attitude was unacceptable where she was hostile the entire 5 minutes we had in her office. I definitely don’t recommend going to her as a she doesn’t understand what professionalism means let alone being a good human. Go to another branch or another banker if you really have to bank with WellsFargo…
"Wells Fargo is charging me monthly fees, so I visited this branch to resolve that and apply for a credit card. Instead of help, I received nothing but excuses. They are now insisting on an appointment, even though another branch fixed this same issue for me instantly last month. The staff here is more interested in their lunch, coffee, and gossiping than actually helping customers. This is easily the worst branch I have ever been to. I hope management looks into this lack of professionalism immediately."
Came in with a complicated deposit and three people spent an hour helping me as efficiently as possible and were very nice about it. Very appreciative!
Customer service is very poor.
