I visited this branch to deal with refinancing and the team, specifically banker Pedro Costa was beyond welcoming and got me the help I needed through the whole process. 10/10 branch!
I’ve been coming here for years! Customers service is 10/10 always super helpful and there is never a wait.
This bank is the worst bank in town. They are rude, and loaded with snotty attitude. They NEVER seem to be able to help with most any transaction we need done. The Manager is the least helpful.
