can you give a business zero stars? "Vice president regional banking manager" nadine ainsworth is always "out at lunch". tellers daniella ruiz and eitara are legitimately rude. Incompetent staff zara wasaf "Senior premier banker, senior assistant, vice president" what a load of useless words couldn't complete a wire transfer without an error that they were unable to rectify. stay away from this awful branch
They are under staffed for any thing other than a transaction other than an atm. Terrible service. I waited for an hour and was almost turned away
nah just go to a different wf branch this one isn’t it. there was available bankers that could of helped me but they dictated since I miss my appointment by 10 minutes they needed me to make another appointment… home girl went to lunch meaning while I came to the bank on my lunch now she wasted my time.
