⸻ I visited the bank on Saturday at 10:00 AM, and what happened was completely unacceptable and reflects a very low level of professionalism. The employee sitting at the first desk on the right showed a clear sense of indifference and arrogance. She refused to assist me outright, without any explanation or attempt to understand my request, as if customer service meant nothing to her.
