ATMs are down too often. And when they are down both are down.
We got appointment with them and when we're came here and they said just wait 15 minutes and then the 15 minutes goes to 2 hours up even they're don't care that how long we are waited for get help and finally they said sorry we don't have time to help you today and can you come tomorrow because our bank will close.
The waiting are long times and I have a heart condition and I can't stand for long time, in all countries of the world even in poor countries, there has been a system of withdrawing the review number. When you enter the office, you sit to wait for your turn, and you are called when your turn to review comes. The bank is backwards in this matter and does not take the elderly and the sick into account. It is a terrible thing.
The wait times are just absolutely ridiculous here and getting worse and worse. It always takes a long time here, no matter what time of day. The teller also just informed me of another rate increase. This is my last visit to this bank. In response: Why would I need to email you when you can easily read my review right here? You just read it, and now you want me to email you and state the same exact thing? That is so absolutely ridiculous. *Update* This bank now charges $10 to cash a check. The wait times are even worse. They downgrades from 2 ATMs to 1, that 1 remaining ATM doesn't always work, and my one and only time speaking to a teller inside they were rude and condescending.
