Poor experience. Booked an apt with Susie last wk. Was sent confirmation and I confirmed. WF asked me to confirm yesterday and I did. She called today and asked me to confirm. No number to call her direct was left my voicemail. Called WF on hold 15 min then directed to call center. Drove there at 1:30 to confirm as I could not reach anyone at Mooney location. This place is a joke. The lines are ridiculously long while several employees walk around doing nothing. I just stood in line for 45 minutes to make a deposit when there were only 4 people in front of me when walked in. Wells Fargo needs to get it together. I'm ready to switch banks after 35 years here
Very disappointed, an employee is linked with scammers. I went to open an IRA account and she gave me a phone number to call; on the call, they requested my card information and tried to withdraw my money. Fortunately, I hung up on time and called WF to cancel my card. Wells Fargo confirmed that such phone number given by the employee at this branch is not a WF number.
