Understaffed and overwhelmed they’ve not able to answer the telephone. I have a question regarding my 93 year old aunt moving her accounts into her trust and I can’t get an answer. Other branches tell me to call the closest branch or make an appointment. I live in Santa Rosa.

Awesome experience
Banker was rude and condescending. Completely unknowledgeable in legal paperwork and just wrong answers What a waste of time. Wells fargo is not what they were and i'm leaving.
