Friendly staff; answered questions thoroughly. Little > no wait at Teller windows. Also have staff to answer more detailed questions/services--best to make an appointment for detailed information/services.
Shitty service at the counter. Then a asked for help from someone else and she was wonderful. Seems like the desk clerk needs a refresher in customer service.
I got my first bank account and debit card here at Wells Fargo. Very polite, informative, and helpful, and the Wells Fargo app helps me make my banking account very easy to access. I might be biased because I'm still a bit young, but I feel like this is what all banks and credit unions should be like everywhere.
Understaffed and overwhelmed they’ve not able to answer the telephone. I have a question regarding my 93 year old aunt moving her accounts into her trust and I can’t get an answer. Other branches tell me to call the closest branch or make an appointment. I live in Santa Rosa.
