My experiences at this Wells Fargo branch, dating back a couple years now, have been nothing short of fantastic. The branch manager and all of the bankers really know their stuff, and the customer experience and support from my perspective is top-notch. I really appreciate everyone's combination of kindness and expertise. Recently, Emmanuel and Paschal were wonderful, as were the other individuals I have interacted with at this fine Wells Fargo Branch. 10/10.
Exceptional service on both times that we've visited - we are making this our primary branch! Shout out to Kristine Lei and Paschal Ohazurike for making our banking experience amazing!
Slowest bank experience of my life omg. Genuinely was very worried about my parking. I think all but one desk staff was brand new/training? During a lunch rush. I’d say processing time was one person per 20 min.
I don't understand the bad reviews, I've only experienced nothing but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE at the San Carlos branch ( especially with TINA and AMANDA( I think that's her name,sorry if incorrect) those two are truely the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and should be recognized because good customer is in the past!!
