The branch just keeps getting worse. Waited 15 minutes for a teller when I was the only one in line.
I come in here a lot, once one of the tellers accidentally gave me $11 instead of $12, the next day he noticed his mistake and when I came in again, he immediately said hey I owe you $1. Now that’s great that you immediately confessed to your mistake and not feel embarrassed.
I come here all the time but lately I've noticed that one of the tellers keeps taking a dollar off of my transaction. Last time I went there. I gave him $12 and now I only have 11 because he got distracted by the other teller asking him a question and then he miscounted and he knew he made a mistake but then he said that I only gave him $11 instead of $12 even though I took a picture before, unacceptable. Don't get fooled by the people.
