I had been calling around to find dollar coins for a child’s grad gift for two weeks. This branch was my last attempt or I’d settle for legos. Alexandra took a second to find out and immediately told me she would hold them for me. As soon as I arrived Jewel helped me and even held onto some more I can buy the next day. When I joined Wells Fargo. They told me I would get a $300 bonus for joining with their bank and that was a complete lie Of course it was juat a marketing tool to get me to join. Needless to say I’ve pulled most my money out of the account and left just a little bit in there and will be looking for another bank closer to where I live!
Always a long line. Tellers are not friendly.
There is a bank teller name Diana ! Worse customer service. I felt discriminated by this Woman, to all my Latinos in the area in Burbank , avoid this branch , if you are not Armenian here you won’t be welcome. Thank you -
