A Wells Fargo ATM was compromised, leading scammers to steal from my account. Despite reporting immediately, the bank has refused to resolve the issue or provide meaningful assistance.
This W.F. location is horrible when it comes to wait times. Average 12 customers in line waiting on 2 tellers and this location does not have a separate business line.
So I went in around 4:30 trying to cash my check and went to this older white lady and I inform them my name is spelled wrong by a letter and she immediately tells me she cant help me and than gets this blonde lady who seemed like a manager and she just agrees and turns me away ao fast saying If I had a bank acct they wpuld have been able to help me.
