Every WF bank in this area and in Oakland is open on Sat except this one. When you go on line and ask for Rockridge all the banks come up open. But what can you expect from this bank?
I had an issue with checks that they created than those morons said they can fix it, any branch can fix it. I said no you gonna fix it, to which he was repeating any branch can fix it. I went to them and guess what. After wasting another hour of my life they haven’t fixed it. Those are garbage people and you should never trust them with anything. Stay away, seriously.
WFB in person service especially Adam is a 5 star rating. Medium stars:Appointments are required for fast transactions and are usually made 3-5 days. Service has greatly improved. Staff are very friendly and helpful! Thank you.
Went in twice. Spent hours trying to get issue resolved. Finally, "resolved," but never got the check I was expecting. Called. Left message. No call back. Called four times the next day. Could not get through. Called at 10am the next day. Someone picked up and now I've been listened to Wells Fargo radio for 10 mins with no sign of human life. Am going to have to make a third trip in person.
Unfortunately their ATMs don't take cash deposits...very strange.
