The outside ATM is shuttered. Drove 15 minutes to get here on a Sunday. No other near here either.
This bank is just getting so slow…here to cash a check today and my waiting time was more then 20 min!!!😩only two tellers…pls open more tellers
Every WF bank in this area and in Oakland is open on Sat except this one. When you go on line and ask for Rockridge all the banks come up open. But what can you expect from this bank?
I had an issue with checks that they created than those morons said they can fix it, any branch can fix it. I said no you gonna fix it, to which he was repeating any branch can fix it. I went to them and guess what. After wasting another hour of my life they haven’t fixed it. Those are garbage people and you should never trust them with anything. Stay away, seriously.
