Great experience
My husband and I had to take out a substantial amount of cash from this branch on Wednesday, September 4th. We were about to purchase a car. When counting the money with the seller, we discovered it was $300 short. This was, quite frankly, very embarrassing for us. A claim was immediately filed with WF, but it was filed incorrectly and went nowhere. Following up, we were told there had been no discrepancy at this branch but they re-filed the claim. Horrible customer service. The "bankers" are terrible and seem to have forgotten what customer care is. Yesterday I witnessed the bankers at this location be extremely rude to the elderly waiting to see them. It's unfortunate. Thank goodness for your tellers beingso kind. However, will still be closing all of my family member's accounts.
