Went in for me account and had very bad service with manager and Sofia santos , I don’t recommend this branch they are very judgmental and personally rude… They would not accept a lease agreement for proof of address
DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH IF YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. Horrible customer service. Had lost my wallet and they didn’t want to help me in anyway in the slightest to get to my own money. They wanted a physical id but for some reason didn’t understand that i can’t pay for my ID without accessing my funds… definitely making me reconsider banking with Wells Fargo.
