This place is the worse. They won't provide you with customer service. They will give you the phone number to customer service, and then send you on your way. Remember the fake accounts scandal? You think anything has changed. Don't bank with Wells Fargo! Your local non-for-profit member-owned financial coop, Redwood Credit Union, is right down the street at Red Hill! They have better branches, better customer service, better online banking, better mobile banking, better everything really.
Why is this location calling me randomly, I don't even live in the area to offer me something that felt scammy. Really thought it was a scam, but did a reverse lookup and was shocked that it's a real branch location
They never answer the phone! No matter when you call. They just route you into automated services, if you don't take them then they just hang up on you. No option to wait.
