when a Black horticulturist in a conservative, affluent town is racially profiled at a national bank for trying to cash a check for honest work — and then physically assaulted by the bank manager for recording it. After being laughed at and then told i would not get my checked cashed after coming by with the individual who wrote the check.I will never return to this branch. To think i was gonna open a account today. Terrible customer service.
Only branch with a troll guarding the parking lot! I had my dogs in the car with me, made my deposit and got them out just to use the restroom and he starts tapping on my car with umbrella telling me he is having me towed because I'm not allowed to park there! Seriously who gave the troll the power to damage the paint on my car and threaten me? I am now considering moving all of my bank accounts somewhere else just so I don’t have to deal with the parking lot troll!
