Rude manager, poor customer service. Never resolve any issues that I come in to fix. Worst branch in the area.
Very bad service!!!! No people at all and had to wait 45 min to do a wire. Only 1 person in the entire branch can do the wire!!!! Really disappointed
Very rude they don’t help I pull out my money and go to different bank where they help manager rude they don’t care that you pull the money out the manager can help but she don’t want I been with well Fargo 30 years my house my cars I will never put all my money with them. Worse employees in Norwalk branch
I have a transaction dispute with Motel 6, and motel 6 customer service is in India and they are asking for my bank statements for the last 30 days in order to get my money back. Wells Fargo said no way do you give them any statement. Wells Fargo is going to dispute the charges for me. What a relief. Thank you Wells Fargo.
