Worst branch in Norwalk, CA. I never had such a worst customer service. My review is only for this branch not for wells Fargo bank. I went to start a new business checking account. The employee was refused to open an account due to a document issued by the state of Texas. He was very reluctant to listen to me about a document. The title of the document was different than the one in Wells Fargo website, so he refused to accept. I know it is the correct document becase I have used the same document in others banks.
