Worst branch in Norwalk, CA. I never had such a worst customer service. My review is only for this branch not for wells Fargo bank. I went to start a new business checking account. The employee was refused to open an account due to a document issued by the state of Texas. He was very reluctant to listen to me about a document. The title of the document was different than the one in Wells Fargo website, so he refused to accept. I know it is the correct document becase I have used the same document in others banks. Came to open an account , yesterday I spoke to banker about my issue , he told me to schedule an appointment, so I did, drove from Long Beach with traffic here and he says I had to tell him it was a business not personal, when yesterday I explained everything that I wanted to do and he said he couldn’t help me that I needed to schedule another appointment.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. now I know why their ratings are so low!!!
Worst customer service ever. I went to get information on opening an account. Since I didn't have an appointment, they put me on a "waiting list". That's okay I understand the rules, however they had me waiting for over an hour and during this hour I counted 3 employees sitting in their desk doing nothing, plus one walking back and forth with its tablet.
