I would not recommend this bank.
I went in to open a new bank account. Eric provided fantastic service. This branch is awesome, I’m buying everyone a Starbucks next time I’m in the area.
Very disappointing experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I walked in with an urgent banking matter that required assistance, but the teller refused to help because I didn't have an appointment. If a customer comes into a branch, it's usually because the issue is important or requires help from a banking specialist. Instead of trying to assist or offering any reasonable solution, the staff seemed more interested in looking busy, walking from station to station, than helping customers who were actually waiting for service.
