The worst bank for business needs. Charge fees for maintenance of checking account and have overdraft fee.
I've tried to close a safety deposit box since November on my deceased fiance. Sent all necessary forms (three times with notary) and a box drilling check as required. To date this bank has not addressed this issue. Total lack of customer service and seem not to really care. What happened to quality service? Michael Wellner
