I've only experienced outstanding customer service while visiting this establishment. The staff seems friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to assist.
Terrible experience opening up a checking and savings account. The banker Sebastian that I originally worked with made a mistake that took over 2 and half hours to fix while I sat there.
So I just went to the Wells Fargo that I've been going to for 13 years I run the business across the street they would not give me change because I didn't have my account number and they couldn't bother to look it up and then they ID me even when they have people standing around who know me for many years that's pretty poor customer service and not very happy about that all I needed was some change
Vicky is so great. Understands everything in English and Spanish. How to get an EIN, open account, file tax, so smart. Made my trip successful!
The teller was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. She even helped navigate the Wells Fargo website to achieve what I was looking for and saved me a lot of time.
