The staff here are friendly and truly customer-focused. Unlike many banks or branches that only seem interested when there’s profit involved, this branch consistently provides five-star service—even for complimentary offerings like notary services.
I have to say for having so many people working inside the banking center they were completely inefficient, wasteful, and had no sense of urgency whatsoever. There were way too many associates out in the lobby and not enough behind the counter taking care of the long line of clients. The female manager was hovering behind a newer associate instead of multitasking and helping out the next client in line on the register next to him which would allow her to still be able to help him if needed while also reducing the long line t... read more
Very fast service
Very rude banker named George Michael , no greeting and it felt like I was an inconvenience. After I said thank you at the end all he said was Mmhmm. I mean, come on, you could have at least said “ Have a nice day!”
