I left work early and went in to use the notary service and was told they couldn’t print the one piece of paper for me. Apparently it was a bad assumption for me to think that my bank would have the capability to print a piece of paper for a customer. I was told they have no WiFi setups and only internal emails with no access to external emails.
Great professionalism!!! And customer care!
I don’t know if it’s like the training center at this location but they had 3 people wearing Wellsfargo shirts behind the counter and there was only one person helping the giant line that was waiting. Just super weird! The others were just starring. I will absolutely not be going back to this location.
