This bank is so slow. On days when they know people are cashing checks, making deposits they only have one teller. This has been going on for so long. Why don’t you all just hire some people.The teller Tekya is by far the rudest individual I’ve encountered at a bank. It’s like she wakes up made that she has to come to work!
I just get in to open a account 2:24pm they say they can not do it because they don't have time....... Summary... I went to another bank, "Regions" and they opened my account in a few minutes... as it turns out, I don't plan on going back to Wells Fargo, especially now that I'm thinking of buying a house.
