I had a horrible experience with customer service today at Wells Fargo. A male that works there, I didn’t get a chance to see his name tag, wearing a pale yellow suit was not really nice at all. I just went in as a customer to get a paper notarized. He gave me a lot of reasons why he couldn’t do it or help me but his tone of delivery was rude and disrespectful. I went to this bank in 2019 and wanted to check my bank account. A black woman with long braids met me in the office. I brought all the necessary documents. But she wanted my address in the country where I was born. I gave her what she wanted. She said it was not available. She did not help me check my bank account. I went to Montgomery, AL 36117. They helped me with what I wanted. I will never forget this bank for the harm it did to me.
I love Wells Fargo hopefully more branches coming soon
