They closed a lot of locations and gave us this dump. I make a lot of deposits at the outside ATMs (when they aren’t out of service) and I haven’t been stabbed yet but it always feels like a possibility. It would be a better spot for a liquor store or methadone clinic.

The Worst! They are always closed when we come by during other bank’s normal business hours! It’s so stupid! Open the bank with normal hours or move the branch!
traveling abroad and machine couldn’t read my card so it did not give it back leaving me no way to draw funds from a different back that knows how to read a Canadian bank card!
Nothing against the employees at this bank - this is solely about the location. This branch used to be at Grant and Dodge right down the block and was moved to the tiny plaza on the NE corner of Grant and Alvernon right next to the Walmart. This area does not feel safe to me with the type of people that frequent this area. The branch opens late and closes early so when I went to make a cash deposit shortly after 4pm I had to use the ATM outside and I didn't feel safe.
