Great Customer Service – A personal banker, Kishara Salgado at the Calabasas branch was extremely helpful ( I give her props for making the effort to show that she values my relationship). I had re-opened my account with Wells after a 3 year hiatus ( I've been banking with them since 1994) and was happy with the decision. The staff at the Calabasas branch is friendly, but I did not like how they verbally tell you your account balance ( i.e. if you have 1 cent or 1 mill in your account).
