Horrible bank horrible people
Needs a update, bank still shut down at this Safeway
On July 27 I decided to visit this location because the branch close to me couldn't seem to help resolve my issue (I wasn't receiving my debit cards in the mail). I surprisingly really liked the way I was assisted at this location. It may be convenient for Frys shoppers but this branch has a personal touch with a competent banker named WES E. SMITH. Wes went into the WF system and took care of closing out older cards that were never received in order to mitigate risk on our accounts (something the other branch should have do... read more
Needed an ID to deposit .90 but not the bigger money and Courtney who sits there reads books and doesn’t do anything stood up I almost fell over. But she didn’t say a word of course.... so if you got to deposit 90 cents bring your ID so they can trace the whole 90 cent deposit...
