Lazy and unprofessional
The bank is cool , and it is a little slow at times. But overall, I give it a 5 if I didn't have to push my way into getting service on what I want done . Not what they think is best with my accounts. JUAN MORA, the branch manager, is super chill though I'll give them that.
Everyone here has been so kind and intelligent. Definitely recommend this brand over others I’ve been to.
This Wells Fargo is slow and the tellers seem incompetent. They have trouble completing the simplest tasks.
Discriminate disabled customer, unprofessional service, chemical smell inside the branch Oct 7, we showed up appointment 9am , intend to open saving account for Van, who is my partner. I informed Sonia about blindness ADA note recording for purpose of information because I give her $25k.
