Tenia cita para abrir mi cuenta de banco para negocio y llegue ai no me quisieron a tender por que según llegue tarde y metieron a alguien mas y venia de lejos por que la necesitaba de rapido por eso vine asta acá para que no respetaron mi cita
We have gone in multiple times to get a deposit statement for the last two years and continue to be sent away. They stated they can't do it, but online it states to go into any branch to get a summary report or do it online, but online is not working. They do not want to help you with anything other than opening accounts and normal banking, which isn't okay.
Horrible customer service all around and the worse account security ever. Do not bank here.
Bankers are okay but the tellers are garbage and don't follow orders.
