Amazing bank! People there are so welcoming and nice and great service!
This Branch was a Godsend. We needed to handle important family business for my Mother in law. Every single person at that branch was outstanding 👏🏿. The branch Manager, the Tellers, Scott the financial Advisor who was excellent at explaining her monetary options with no pressure and really seemed to her best interest in mind. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for almost 17 years, and I have never experienced service like this before. Today, I was kept waiting for more than an hour just to speak with an available banker. The customer service here has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I spoke with the manager, and she asked me to wait while they tried to find an available banker.
