We wanted to make a quick deposit of cash. Went to the driveup, put the cash in with a printed deposit slip. A voice said, " you have to have an ID to deposit!" To deposit cash?? we asked...so my husband put in his WellsFargo credit card. Back comes the tube...you need a photo ID says the voice. So on the 3rd attempt it goes thru. Mind you, we were putting money in NOT taking it out!! This bank is the absolute WORST we have ever used in 60 years.
