DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO. I was just racially profiled at this location by Nanette, the manager. So, I'm the last in line with 5 other ppl. Nannette passes all 4 other customers, walks right up to me and asks me my name and what I'm doing there. In my 30+ yrs of banking this has never happened to me. I recently visited this branch to cash a check. Albeit I don’t have an account with WF, I wanted to have the cash to deposit to the account at another institution. While waiting for the transaction, I was asked several times by the teller what the check was for - specifically, why the amount was so large. The frequency and tone of this inquiry about my personal business came across as very intrusive, but more importantly - discriminatory. In a day and age where it is nearly impossible to find good customer service; Profs to Erik Rodriguez at Clayton Wells Fargo Bank. Super knowledgeable, super polite, meanwhile giving us expertise advise and service on our mother's equity loans. He was a breathe of fresh air. Needless to say there were many moving pieces.
