I never write reviews but felt inclined to because I had such a great experience here! Everyone was so kind and Erik Rodriguez gave me the best customer service experience ever. He made something as boring as opening a checking account such a fun experience. I felt very warm, welcomed, and valued while in this bank. Erik deserves like 7 raises.
