I’ve been a faithful customer for about 20 years, and it’s time for a change. If I could put it lower than one star, I would. Please don’t bank here. Wells Fargo WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! They change their accounts after you sign paperwork that has parameters to follow. I follow those parameters, and I still get charged fees for having a bank account with them. What kind of sense does that make? Seriously. Don’t bank here unless you want to throw your money away like trash.

My husband has had a Wells Fargo bank account for more than 30 years. Today he went inside the bank to cash a few checks. I was a payee on one check, the payer was a local well known entity. The check was made out for $5.00. Previous to my husband going into the bank I endorsed the check. The teller would not cash my $5.00 check until I went inside the bank with my proper indentification. We are not “suspicious looking” people. I don't like the lack of privacy while the bank teller is counting out your money when you're cash. Anyone can see & hear how much money your getting & they could follow you outside (or follow you home etc...). I don't feel safe. They aren't tbe only bank without privacy at the indoor teller window.
