Dear Wells Fargo Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your branch. During a visit to withdraw a small amount of money with my ID, I spent over 10 minutes answering numerous silly questions, and a supervisor came to verify my signature again. The overall customer service felt very tough and unwelcoming. I hope you'll review and improve your customer service procedures

Este Lugar es orible muy mal servicio los empleados ispanos son muy burlones se fijan en la apariencia de las personas, osea si te vez lindo te Atiendo si no me rieo en tu cara y no vales, asi son esa gente de esta sucursal bancaria ay un tipo en el fondo que se burla de las personas,grosero a las personas ispanas no les ablan español creo que se Avergüenzan de sus Raíces indígenas ispanas no ayudan en nada
