These are truly the most incompetent staff you will find at a bank. They have NO IDEA what they are doing, will tell you with *absolute* confidence that they know what's best, and when things do not work out because of their imaginary restrictions, they will gleefully treat you as collateral damage for their lack of knowledge of how things actually work.
