Convenient but frequently slow service
People here are not so knowledgeable. I visited this place to pay off the mortage few years early, with the payoff statement from my Wells Fargo account. They said they can process that, but they seemed to not know exactly how to do it. They finally did it, but after few days, I found they did things wrong. They applied monthly payment first, then rest as principal, resulting thousands of dollars left unpaid. If processed correctly, the entire amount had to go to the principal. I tried to increase my business line of credit at the branch. I was told I could only doing it over the phone. When I called costumer service they informed me I can also do it at the branch. I didn't have an appointment but all they need it to tell me is to set one up to apply to increase my LOC. The lady was nice but provided me with the wrong information. She even asked someone else if it could be done at the branch and she said no.
