People here are not so knowledgeable. I visited this place to pay off the mortage few years early, with the payoff statement from my Wells Fargo account. They said they can process that, but they seemed to not know exactly how to do it. They finally did it, but after few days, I found they did things wrong. They applied monthly payment first, then rest as principal, resulting thousands of dollars left unpaid. If processed correctly, the entire amount had to go to the principal.
