I added one star because I did ultimately get an answer about the bonus issue. I added another star because other Wells Fargo small business products have given me an opportunity to begin establishing my company’s financial history. Extremely poor experience with Small Business Account. I was promised a bonus and met all requirements, yet the bank is refusing to honor it. The customer service has been a circular nightmare: the 1-800 number told me to go to the branch, and the branch told me they have to 'investigate' the issue. This is an unacceptable amount of effort for a simple, advertised promotion. If Wells Fargo can’t manage a basic bonus offer, how can they be trusted with the daily needs of a small business? Visited this branch on Friday October 10, 2025 around 3pm. Bobbi Y was the person who helped us but she was in a rush to get us out and she was rude. She told my husband and I to go open an account online (which we knew, we tried). I tried asking her a question and she cut me off before I could finish my sentence. This experience was disappointing.
Ishy and her team helped our family with a banking issue and they were wonderful. The problems they solve on a daily basis for our community is truly needed in these times. They are incredibly patient, calm and friendly.
