I am very shocked to see such low stars for this bank and especially for the Nocatee location. Upon reading the bad reviews then understood that those writing a bad review should be ashamed for tainting the overall review status with such ridiculous bad reviews. I have had nothing but great experiences every time I enter this location. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. They go above and beyond as well when you need extra help too. Keep up the excellent work!
The bank is well managed. The employess are extremely knowledgable and helpful as they should be. No need for anything other than 5 stars, if you can't get out of your car, go to one with a drive through. Jason B.
Very friendly, helpful and professional.
Have used Wells Fargo for years but very disappointed. Nocatee location is very inconvenient in a crowded shopping center with no drive through. They are also understaffed with long waits. Palm valley was a much easier location. Time to find a new bank.
