That teller with the mole needs to be fired or be trained another 2 years before she is allowed to service customers. She was adamant Wells Fargo is prohibited from cashing checks from VIRGINIA STATE TREASURY OFFICE WHO'S CHECKS ARE DRAWN FROM WELLS FARGO. The worst Wells Fargo branch around. Wait times are always 20-30 minutes and the tellers tend to find the simplest tasks far more challenging than they should be.
