I recently visited the Wells Fargo branch to open a business bank account, and my experience was quite disappointing. The account representative, Vineet, was unhelpful and kept asking me personal questions that had nothing to do with my business, almost as if he was trying to get into my personal business. The tellers were helpful, however they called the manager for help and she was extremely rude. She was condescending and was no real help at all. Extremely aggressive “customer service” and for that I will never come back.
I came to pay my home loan to this brunch that is not my branch I had an excellent service besides After solving my problem today I got an statement with an error I came back to the branch and for my surprised Mr Vinnet Goswawi already was following up the case which amazed me the caring to customers Thumbs up for this excelente service !
They came to open an account, and we were postponed several times. In the end, they did not help in any way. The employee contacted his director, who apparently is not interested in clients. As a result, we contacted another branch of this bank, where we opened an account on the same day without any problems. We are extremely dissatisfied with the work of this branch of the bank. I think such a director should be fired.
