No bank teller to cash a check!!!! Just an ATM.
Walked in and nobody was there in the lobby.. No tellers, only two ATMs and empty rooms. Extremely odd, don’t go here.
It is ironic that they call this location ''digital branch''. I came to pay off biz credit line and they could not accept the payment, neither I was able to make an online payment from Wellsfargo website after I connected my US Bank account to Wellsfargo account. I was suggested to call and make a pmt, no luck with that either (probably due to the size of the pmt). Wasted 2 hours total trying to pay off the line by calling, connecting accounts and driving from ''digital branch'' to regular branch to pay off the loan and dink... read more
It's basically a 3/4 bank. There aren't any tellers there. They directed me to the location on Xerxes. I'm doing the same for you. Nice people though.
