The employees there seem inexperienced and are still in the process of training to meet customer needs. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a poor experience. I would advise others to avoid this place as they appear to lack proper knowledge about banking.
Extremely knowledgeable and personable banker in charge of this office. Banker, as well as machine availability, is wonderful. I am thrilled to have a Wells Fargo Bank accessible in this France Avenue Edina/Bloomington area.
Their website is a liar. Went for the connivence since it’s close to my work and said they had a teller. This is not the cause. The lady working said they are a digital bank only and have no teller. Ridiculous that I wasted my time and was lied to by this company yet again.
