The Manager and Staff are all very misleading at this branch. We were promised a bonus of $2500 if we brought in a certain amount of new money. We fulfilled our end of the requirements but either they intentionally mislead us or were misinformed about the process. This lasted from Fenbruary 13 to May 11 without one of the 4 people we worked with telling us we didn’t qualify, or explaining what we should have done differently. It was very deceptive and I would urge people to stay away from this branch
It should just say ATM instead of saying bank there’s no bank here just ATM 🤷♂️🤷♂️
I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience I had at your branch. During my recent visit, I was assisted by a bald gentleman and an Indian lady. Unfortunately, their attitude was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. The tone and manner in which they spoke to me felt dismissive and disrespectful.
