Expect to wait 10 minutes for a teller or longer. Horribly run branch with an awful bank manager! I decided to head to a different branch than have these people waste my time.
The entire team at this branch is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had several appointments with Angie Ritchens who she was not capable of addressing my needs of transferring money for a real estate transaction. I was charged twice for a wire transfer because Angie misspelled the name of the institution. On another occasion she refused to notarize my documents because she said did not know how to do it, when all she had to do was look at my ID and sign two forms.
