Been banking here and in 14th street. Always has been a breeze. But today the Russian teller who knows me refuse to help me and was just flat out inconvenient. Awful just despicable behavior and why was it because I’m brown? At this point why even bother banking with such unprofessional individuals.

The door does not open after hours even if you have a Wells Fargo card. ATM is not option after hours.
