The service I received at this location from Mr. Ty Walker was great. I went to do a name change. Between his exceptional customer service and knowledge of what I needed to do made my visit go smooth and quickly. If I ever have to go back to this location, I hope he’s the one that I have to deal with.
I made a payment to my credit card on 3/28/25. The employee made a mistake by paying to a different account, not mine. After I realized this, I went back to this branch several times but the Manager there never has the issue corrected. It seems to me he does not really know how to get it done. When I asked about temporary credit, he would say “No, we are tracing your money. We will credit your account when we locate the money.” Of course, nothing until now.
