My companion of 19 yrs passed away. We had an account at Wells Fargo and there was money in it so we were issued a check. They would not allow me to cash it and said I would need a copy of his death certificate. On the check it had his name and mine, the check said payable to him OR me, not him and me. So needless to say they still wouldn't cash it, that's been a couple years and I want MY money complete with INTEREST !
Disappointing customer service. Request you work with employees on being more welcoming when a customer comes in.
Great staff makes this a great branch to visit!
