Getting fraudulent text messages from Wells fargo, call to try to address the situation with them, was on the phone 20 minutes with some strange foreign speaking woman who didn't seem to understand English and what I was trying to tell her out of frustration I finally disconnected the phone call these people are useless and incompetent at minimum. I do not recommend

I am an original Nashvillian, yet left at a pre-teen age due work. I was with Well's for 20 years in West LA. I'm thrilled to find a Wells with the same sophistication and customer service. There are so many errands that none of us like to do, yet with "Yo, Yo" on board (that's what her customers call her), you will want to come in and visit. She also wears fashion at runway level! ~ Awesome.

Wells Fargo advertised a $325 checking account bonus with clear terms. I followed every requirement exactly, and when it came time to pay the bonus, they simply refused. Customer service gave vague explanations, contradicted each other, and offered no real solution. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. If you’re considering Wells Fargo for promotional bonuses, be warned — they will gladly take your business but may not honor their own offers. Extremely disappointing and a waste of time.
