Goochland branch is so much better than Powhatan. What bank would close their drive- thru and you have to make an appointment to go inside. They ( Powhatan) are not even open on Saturday. I know alot of people are doing things online banking but what about the senior citizens and the ole school people?

Excellent staff. Had an insurance check to be endorsed and the bank manager went out of her way to make sure it went through without a hitch calling the mortgage department and answering all their questions with me.
