Let me Begin by saying I'm not a Wells Fargo customer but I think I want to be. Walking all over Manhattan looking for a place to sit down and lo and behold the only place courteous enough to put some tables out for people to sit down even during off hours... If this is how you treat strangers I can only imagine how you treat your customers I'll be finding out soon...

I have a business account with wells fargo. I was simply asking to get someone to manage my account that has a brain functioning, and the person who answered the call repeat like a parrot the same words. Annoying me! Closing my account
At the risk of sounding controversial and or contradictory, I am not a big admirer of Wells Fargo's interest rates or offerings. That said sincerely, I was very impressed with this branch's professional yet compassionate staff. The phone call to Henry was without glitch and no promises were made that could not be kept.
