At the risk of sounding controversial and or contradictory, I am not a big admirer of Wells Fargo's interest rates or offerings. I had a great experience at Wells Fargo thanks to April (yes, her name is really April—she was born in April!). Even though I didn’t have an appointment, she helped me process a wire transfer quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process. From now on, I’ll definitely come to this branch whenever I need help!
