What a poorly run branch of Wells Fargo! Height of season in Cashiers, Thursday at 11:00 and they have one teller working and he was trying to do a cashiers check for someone that had numerous questions as did he..... I waited for 15 minutes and gave up and left. As I was leaving I could see 2 cars waiting at the drive thru window. This is not the first time this has happened in this branch.
Pésimo servicio muy mal
Worst bank ever!!! Every time I go in there is a line of at least 20 minutes. No matter if they are helping one person or 10 people. Always slow incompetent poorly trained people working there.
They have the worst service, every branch is short of staff, very unresponsive, they just want you to leave and come another day, only to tell you the same thing next day. I have been in 4 branches and uneble to solve the issue. For your own sake do not bank with wells fargo.
I was in this branch last Friday and I was helped by Ariel Gambol. I want to publicly recognize her for helping me. The level of customer service was exceptional. I noticed that her co-workers were very courteous to other customers as well. Great job!
