I am not a normal Wells Fargo customer. How ever I needed to do business with them. Ms. Kimberly Jackson was my point of contact. Even while we waiting to be served she was asking others how she could help. She was very patient as or matters took awhile. MS. Jackson exemplifies what customer service should be. If you are headed to this branch I would highly recommend asking for her.
Stay away from this bank, They will charge you for every little thing. Your just a number not a customer. Smaller banks are a lot better.
This is the most unprofessional and unreasonable bank I have ever tried to dwal with. If you can, get your money out. The bank needs to be investigated by the Attorney General if Georgia.
