Zaman is helpful for me to gave an information to open the account at Wells Fargo for the first time. I opened the credit and got approve right away. Their promotion of their product it is good for a new account. And also he gave me more detail of checking and saving account too. Thank you for the best service Zaman. I had positive experience this morning thanks to everyone there especially Courtney manager and Feeza. I had a lot of bonds and everyone made me feel like I was in good hands :)
The absolute worse experience EVERYTIME I enter this bank. It seems like they make up their own rules and/or don’t even know them. The branch manager Darlene is clueless. The bank is empty and some how I spent my whole lunch break to get an ATM transaction approved.
For a bank they are real stupid l. Why have outdoor ATM on W. 42nd St. where there’s a bunch of thieves so you could be robbed and just 10 blocks away on 34th St. they have indoor locations
Absolutely Empty branch (there was no any other customers) with 3 cashier , but I have to reschedule my appointment to open new checking account cause I m 20 minutes late , new reality they just don’t need my money
